Full circle…

Although I initially earned her BA in Psychology from Bowdoin College with the intention of becoming a psychotherapist, life took a different direction and initially led me to the study and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Though practicing this medicine has been deeply fulfilling, it felt incomplete.

I am thrilled to now weave these two disciplines together, driven by my enduring passion for the connection between physical health and emotional well-being.

Given my background in fertility and Women’s Health, I work with individuals and couples facing challenges on the path to parenthood, as well as individuals facing pregnancy struggles and postpartum mood disorders.  In addition, I works with individuals experiencing a range of issues, including, body image concerns, career challenges, and relationship issues.

In my therapy sessions, I foster a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental environment, ensuring that each individual feels supported and understood.  With humor and grace, I take a straightforward and honest approach in therapy, focusing on what truly matters to help you achieve your goals.

After graduating with a MA of Marriage + Family Therapy (MFT) in 2024, I received my Limited Permit.

As I pursue my full licensure, I am honored to work with Rebecca Halperin, LSCW at Paper Crane Psychotherapy.

If you are interested in working with me or Rebecca, be in touch and we will guide you to the best fit.
