Full circle…
Although I initially earned her BA in Psychology from Bowdoin College with the intention of becoming a psychotherapist, life took a different direction and initially led me to the study and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Though practicing this medicine has been deeply fulfilling, it felt incomplete.
I am thrilled to now weave these two disciplines together, driven by my enduring passion for the connection between physical health and emotional well-being.
Given my background in fertility and Women’s Health, I work with individuals and couples facing challenges on the path to parenthood, as well as individuals facing pregnancy struggles and postpartum mood disorders. In addition, I works with individuals experiencing a range of issues, including, body image concerns, career challenges, and relationship issues.
In my therapy sessions, I foster a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental environment, ensuring that each individual feels supported and understood. With humor and grace, I take a straightforward and honest approach in therapy, focusing on what truly matters to help you achieve your goals.
