As seen in our foundational principles, we strongly believe in eating a diet of 80-90% foundational foods (depending on your health goals) and in that including everyday detox.
The Reset focuses on detox and it’s a period of time to eat 100% foundational.
It’s also a time to get hydrated, sleep as much as you can, move as you wish, breathe fresh air, and celebrate life beyond food + drink.

Ebbing + flowing, there is a time to retox and a time to detox.
We Reset to function better + to feel better.
We Reset to decrease inflammation, improve elimination, improve nutrient delivery + absorption.
We Reset to break patterns of addiction to everything from sugar to screens.

Choose a 3-10 day period to start (though some aspects of the Reset could extend up to 30 days).
Start your Reset during a 10 day period with no “have-tos” so that you can eat, drink, move, sleep, breathe, celebrate, and detox (especially detox) on your own schedule.
We suggest you continue to Reset in 10 day periods for up to 30 days.
Your timing very much depends on your goals.
You usually eat Foundational foods 80-90% of the time but just came back from a wedding weekend where celebration foods + drinks were flowing? Maybe you only need 3 days.
Ready for an overhaul? You might need 30 days.
