Wherever you are in this process, whether you are lightheartedly preparing for pregnancy, struggling to conceive, or experiencing more frustration and heartbreak than you could have ever imagined, I will meet you there.

It is my job to understand where you need the most support and how to find it. I don’t dramatize your preparation or diminish your struggle. I share the information that is right for you and help determine the right next step. 

Whether you live for pizza or you don't touch gluten, you envision a home-birth or you'll plan a c-section—this is your journey to your baby. Not your friend's, not your doc's, not your mom's. Just remember: Getting pregnant and giving birth is a natural response to enough of the right circumstances.

After 17 years of practicing acupuncture + Chinese Medicine, I pursued my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy to include psychotherapy and enhance my ability to offer an integrative approach for those struggling on the path to parenthood. 

I am excited to offer Integrative Care Coordination, to help you navigate this path with more clarity and ease. 

Consultations are 1.5 hours and the cost is $350 (this includes our conversation and your customized guide).

Should I . . . change my diet? Add supplements? Change my exercise routine? Destress?! How! What about things I've already tried? Keep going? Stop? How do I improve my outcomes? How do I manage side effects? Should I seek additional therapies? What kind and from who?! Acupuncture? Pelvic floor therapy? Mayan abdominal massage? Talk therapy? What else?

  • We’ll talk about your path to parenthood to date.

  • Drawing on principles from Chinese Medicine (that yield insights on patterns, lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, sleep, and exercise) + psychotherapy (that guides addressing emotions, support systems, and additional resources or care that could be helpful), we’ll conduct a holistic intake.

  • We’ll develop customized roadmap tailored to your unique needs (one that hopefully provides comfort, clarity + empowerment).
